Allison Nunley’s LGBTQ Testimony Makes No Excuses

Allison Nunley’s “gay testimony” makes no excuses

During 2021 PRIDE month, Allison Nunley posted her testimony on her Facebook to encourage those struggling with lesbian feelings. Born female, her inclinations were that of a man, and she was deeply attracted to women and had no plans of having a traditional family.

Allison said things like, “I was born this way,” “God is love,” and “He knows my heart.” To bashers, she tells them, “Who are you to judge?” Well, only our Holy God can—and that’s terrifying.

She also wore men’s clothes, smoked pot, got drunk, lusted, stole, and lied. She was prideful, angry, selfish, greedy, deceived, and enveloped in the gaying of America. But she also knew she was without hope.

MOST TERRIFYING VERSE IN THE BIBLE.

How Allison found inner peace; true joy amidst her struggle

Despite the promise of freedom by embracing an openly gay life, like Becket Cook, happiness was fleeting. Something was still missing.

It was a choice to abandon what God calls sin and embrace gay life forever. But the Holy Spirit pointed her to 1 Corinthians 6:9-11. She repented of her sins and turned to Jesus.

Like Rachel Gilson and Jackie Hill Perry, Allison too still falls short, but God’s grace is greater. She deserved God’s wrath for her disobedience and pride—but Jesus took that away (Romans 5:8). “That is what love is,” she said.

WHAT JESUS SAID.

people try to excuse their sin by saying, “I was born this way,” which is why Jesus said, “You must be Born-Again.”

Don’t make excuses for your sin

Allison Nunley marched heads up in many PRIDE marches—born this way! But that was five years ago. Today, Allison tells the LGBTQ community, “Do NOT be deceived.” She gave way to her sinful nature, but the grace from heaven changed her.

Turn from false idols and fleeting pleasures, Allison worships the resurrected Christ deserving of all praise and glory! she said.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11
“Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves.

Those who indulge in sexual sin, worship idols, commit adultery, are male prostitutes, practice homosexuality, or are thieves, greedy people, drunkards, are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. Some of you were once like that.

But you were cleansed, made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.”
