Chick-fil-A has biblical solid and conservative values. However, it appears that they caved in to the left’s demand. It was a challenging year for the company; they faced constant criticism for donations to the Salvation Army and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Chick-fil-A’s CEO Dan Cathy’s comments against same-sex marriage angered LGBTQ protesters. In 2019, the company stopped funding two Christian charities with a history of opposing same-sex marriage.

The far-left liberal atheist group Black Lives Matter cries out for the apparent systemic racism—despite black privileges. While most Christians disavow BLM, the restaurant’s owner’s position is perceived as favoring a leftist ideology.
In the same month, Christianity Today (CT) calls for “sacrificial giving” from Churches for reparations. After George Floyd’s death, CT CEO said, “…church can lead the way in biblical restitution.” Disrn rephrases it as “CT Calls for churches to pay reparations to black people, repentance is not enough.”
The “woke culture” has affected Asian culture as well. An all-white-owned Barkada restaurant in Washing D.C. was forced to change its name after a backlash. They were accused of cultural appropriation.
