People will love you today but hate you tomorrow

And you have been made complete in Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority – Colossians 2:10

Love and hate

It’s hard to trust people sometimes. Friends, lovers, and even family will love you today but hate you tomorrow. It’s because most do not have the patience, understanding, and love to ignore differences, and stay even in a troubled relationship, while others are just too difficult and drag us down.

Can a person complete you?
It is wise to invest in someone who is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Jesus said He will never leave you or forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:8). He calls you “friend” (John 15:15). People may disappoint us at times and likewise be a disappointment to them, that is why we should not look at people for love or fulfillment. People do not complete us, only God can.

Christ, not people completes us

– Prayer –
