Implications of the Gender Equality Act on Women’s Sports
‘Progressive liberalism’ eroded the influence of ‘religious conservatives’ in shaping American society and the Gender Equality Act of 2021, its crowning glory.

1. Biology is not an issue
The rule was simple. If a man identifies as a woman, he can join what used to be a biological female or girl’s sports group.
Biological men can now compete with biological women in the Olympics, race walkers, and a national swimming competition in 2022. Transgender had to do was say they identified as female.

2. It hurts women’s sports
