Rather than a willful rebel who fell through pride and opposition to God, Lucifer is depicted as a tragic, idealistic figure who sought freedom, creativity, and self-expression. His fall is framed as the result of Heaven’s rigidity and intolerance, not moral rebellion or corruption.
2024: Kim Kardashian Disrespects the Christian Symbol
Fans slammed Kim Kardashian for merely wearing the antique Attallah Cross as a fashion accessory to flaunt her figure, disregarding the nature and symbol of the cross of Christ. It was seen as “vulgar,” “sleazy,” and “tone deaf.” In the past, celebrities like Madonna similarly wore the cross, disregarding its sacredness. [DM]
The cross, previously worn by Princess Diana, was purchased by Kardashian at a Sotheby’s auction in 2023 for nearly $200,000 and debuted at the 2024 LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles.
2024: Netflix Streams Sexual Themes Open to Teens
Netflix first stepped into sexually themed content in 2019 with Sex Education (a teen drama‑comedy built around sexual themes), then pushed harder with the 365 Days films (an adult romance built entirely around sexual content) and Sex/Life (an adult intimacy drama). By 2024, Netflix had no guardrails left — streaming The Next 365 Days, Sex Education, MILF, and How to Have Sex, all sitting there with no real barrier for teens.

Damson Alade-Bo Idris is a British actor best known for the crime drama Snowfall. In 2023, Idris disclosed that he sought inspiration from the devil while filming ‘Snowfall’ and that he subsequently experienced further inspiration and nightmares. The series first came out in 2017, and a few years later, Idris candidly revealed his allegiance to the devil in exchange for fame.
In an interview with Hollywood Report in 2023, he said, “I went in the corner, and then I was looking at the wall, and I was like come on devil come on devil right come to me like come to me…“
However, he experienced nightmares after calling the devil. He knew he’d gone to the other side and wanted to undo his actions. “Bring me back to life.’ That stuff is real, that stuff is really… it’s real,” he added.
2023: Sam Smith and Rihanna “Unholy.”
As Grammy 65 celebrates Satan through Sam Smith’s “Unholy” performance, Rihanna also wears “Devil’s Red” at Super Bowl 57. Her performance has been compared to pornography and called indecent in over 100 FCC complaints.
British singer Smith’s production evoked the fires of hell and devil worship, cutting into Kim Petras, who is the first transwoman to win a Grammy. The dancers also appear as women but are male. The bandwagon of demons, sex, and porn was normalized entirely in 2023.

2022: Kendrick Lamar wears “Crowns of Thorns.”
In 2022, acclaimed rapper Kendrick Lamar sparked outrage by wearing a custom diamond-studded crown of thorns during his Glastonbury performance and promoting his album “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.” He ended the performance with blood appearing to drip from the crown while chanting, “They judge you, they judge Christ.”
Lamar claimed the crown symbolized the burden and judgment he faced as a public figure, effectively making the symbol of Christ’s suffering about himself.
Appropriating the sacred Christian symbol to represent personal struggles was unnecessary and disrespectful, trivializing the sacrifice of Jesus.
2022: DaBaby Mocks the Crucifixion
DaBaby, known for his provocative style, faced backlash for his “Tough Skin” music video, where he depicted himself crucified like Jesus. Critics accused him of mocking the Messiah for shock value.
The cross, a sacred symbol for Christians, symbolizes the punishment for sin and redemption, and it was unnecessary and inappropriate. Repurposing this powerful symbol to represent his struggles diminished its true meaning and used hardship as a convenient excuse for shock-driven controversy.
2021: Demi Lovato “Be a Slut.“
Singer/LGBTQ activist Demi Lovato released her sex toy brand in 2021. It’s a compact yellow vibrator called the “Demi Wand.” The same year, Lovato used social media to describe prostitution as “sex work euphemistically.”

Michelle Williams’s Golden Globe speech award for Actress promoted abortion by saying, “I wouldn’t have been able to do this without employing a woman’s right to choose.”

2020: HGTV’s “Throuple.”
HGTV made history with ‘House Hunters,’ when it promoted polyamory or “throuple” on T.V. It’s having intimate relationships with more than one partner, with consent.
One of the partners, who is lesbian, finds the throuple appealing. Left Liberals call this relationship a progressive norm.
2019: Christian Bale: “Hail Satan!“
Christian Bale, who played Jesus and Moses in a movie, thanked Satan as the best actor during his acceptance speech. Ironically, named “Christian,” Bale said, “[Satan gave] me inspiration for playing this role.”
Church of Satan tweeted on Sunday night. “As Mr. Bale’s own talent and skill won him the award, this is fitting. Hail Christian! Hail Satan!“
Bale starred in American Psycho, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and Moses in the movie Exodus. Ironically, he played Jesus of Nazareth in Mary, Mother of Jesus, in 1999.

The comedy about Jesus sparked outrage across Brazil because it depicted Jesus as a closeted homosexual, trivializing sacred Christian beliefs for satirical entertainment.
Netflix’s streaming expanded its reach all over the world, helping grow the desensitization to blasphemous depictions in countries with deeply rooted Christian traditions.
2018: LGBTQ representation on TV by Actors
Indoctrinating kids with “storytelling.”
In 2018, at the 29th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, Hollywood celebrities endorsed LGBTQ+ representation in media and highlighted the need for inclusive storytelling. Hence, there has been a rise in LGBTQ books in American public schools.

On January 25, 2016, Fox aired a Lucifer series. He was portrayed as a debonaire good guy, bored and unhappy in Hell. However, ratings were consistently low, and Fox canceled it after three seasons.
Netflix picked it up on its fourth season and received high ratings. It renewed the series for a fifth season in 2020.

The movie Fifty Shades of Grey was an erotic drama in 2015; the same year, same-sex marriage was openly celebrated as a “victory” by Democrats.
The story was typical, but the passionate sex scenes created a massive buzz because it was “soft porn” and a celebration of adultery in mainstream movies.

The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Los Angeles celebrated its annual live performance art event in 2011. 750 patrons, mostly “Hollywood’s elite,” attended the event.
Artist Marina Abramović dubbed by CNN as “According to CNN, Marina Abramovic, “the sorceress who creates art out of thin air,” dictated the “look and feel” of the “live art” event.
Tables were adorned with performers’ heads protruding through them and nudes draped with skeletons. It was surreal and demonic at the same time.
The 1980s icon Deborah Harry (Blondie) carved out the heart of a “naked life-size cake in a bizarre art performance. Similar to the pagan ritual of the Aztecs, the human heart was also offered to appease the fire god Huehueteotl.
In 1996, Abramovic used pig’s blood for an art performance called “Spirit Cooking.” She also used other Satanic elements such as snakes, the five-pointed star, and the goat’s horn as part of her artistic expression.
1998: Television Romcom “Sex in the City.”
Sex and the City was a famous American television series that ran from 1998 to 2004. They rebooted it to a different title in 2021. As the title suggests, its storyline celebrates sex, romance, drama, and comedy.
‘Sex and the City’ shared a billboard with the romcom ‘Friends.’ Promoters added the pun, “Have sex with friends.” It was funny, but “Porn and comedy have a lot in common,” said an L.A. Times article.
The Hope in Entertainment Media
Although Hollywood celebrities normalize sin in movies, cartoons, and comedy, some conservatives continue to uphold traditional values, and most of them are Christians. Unfortunately, these conservatives would not “come out of the closet” out of fear of being canceled.

In 2024, Bambie Thug’s performance for Ireland in Eurovision was deeply Satanic. As a queer person, “they” wore a dark, intricate costume with horns and a crown of thorns. She said, “Do you know what makes me special? I’m a queer, and I’m a witch,” in a shrieking voice as the audience cheered.
The 2024 Paris Olympics welcomed young and old drag queens in the same year and presented a “mocked the Last Supper,” apparently to highlight DEI.
