Believers Go to Heaven and Those Who Reject Jesus Goes to Hell
If you believe in the one true God of the Bible, you must also accept His teaching on hell as a real place of torment for the wicked, unrepentant, and those who reject Jesus. This belief is widespread across cultures, and the Bible provides at least 600 warnings about hell. The good news is that, despite our disobedient nature, God provided a way for us to be saved through faith in His Son, Jesus.
Five groups of people who are going to hell, according to the Bible
1. The Wicked and The Corrupt
Murderers (including abortionists), corrupt people (exploit others), adulterers, immoral people (engage in sexual sin), and those who do black magic (witches or occultists). [Devil no longe hides]
1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who submit to or perform homosexual acts, or thieves, greedy, drunkards, verbal abusers, swindlers—will inherit the kingdom of God.
2. Morally Corrupt people
The impure (profane), vile (shameful), or deceitful gossipers (slanderers) and all liars (distort the truth of God) will not enter heaven. [Bizarre punishments in Bible]
Revelation 21:27
But nothing unclean, nor any one who is guilty of shameful and vile acts or of falsehood, shall ever be allowed to enter it, but only those whose names are in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
3. Self-Righteous Christians
Those who call themselves Christians but whose righteousness comes from themselves (hypocrites). Believing in Jesus goes hand in hand with repentance, expressed through obedience to His words. [Believing is not enough?]
Matthew 24:51
“He will cut him in pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”
4. The Idolatrous, Godless and the Atheists
Those who reject God and instead align themselves with idols—whether angels, nature, or other powers—stand without an advocate on the day of judgment. [Worship of Mary]
John 3:18
“Whoever does not believe is condemned already…”
5. All Sinners Who Reject Jesus
Those who reject Jesus and refuse to repent remain in their sin. Without Christ, there is no forgiveness—only eternal separation from God. [Who is Jesus?]
Hebrews 2:3
“How shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation?”

Three kinds of people who will go to heaven, according to the Bible
1. Those who love the God of the Bible
1 Corinthians 2:9
But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him.”
ARE MY DEAD RELATIVES IN HEAVEN?
2. Those whose righteousness is from Jesus
1 Corinthians 1:30
But by His doing, you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ATHEISTS WHEN THEY DIE?
3. Sinners who repent, believe by faith, thus become born again
Luke 13:3
“I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish!”
Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace, you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
John 3:3
Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
